Lemon Water is very beneficial to your health, not only to the organs of the body, but also to your skin. Lemons are quite often known as an acidic fruit, but they become alkaline once in the body and can help with digestion problems you might have such as bloating,gas,heartburn and nausea.
They also are very effective in removing toxins from the body if taken on a regular basis. By adding lemon juice to a glass of water, you will be removing these toxins which are usually causing health problems such as fatigue,digestion problems and also skin irritations. This is why a Lemon Water Diet once in a while is important.
Constipation effects many of us, at least once in our lives and can be embarrassing and painful, there are also so many products on the market that can help with this condition, luckily we have the best treatment for it such as drinking lemon water. Research tell us that we should drink at least 8 cups of water per day, but for many of us we find it hard to do, a great alternative is to add the lemons to the water we drink.
Lemons are also very high in vitamin c and are great when consumed in the cold weather months.They are particularly effective if you have tonsillitis or a sore throat and can remove bacteria from the body. They are also beneficial if you have allergies such as hay fever.

Making lemon water is very easy and is best taken first thing in the morning. Start by making a jug full so you can drink it through out the day. By adding half a lemon or lime to a litre of water everyday you will be removing toxins from the body. You can easily add more lemon or lime juice if desired.
You might want to look out for lemons that are organic, which do not contain any pesticides on the skin. Finding these types of lemons will ensure that you are not absorbing harmful chemicals into your body.
Sugar Free Lemonade.
Lemonade is a great drink to make during the hot summer months, but can contain a whole lot of sugar, which is not good for your health. By adding a sugar alternative such as stevia, you can still enjoy a glass of lemonade.
Stevia is a herb that is very sweet and is three hundred times sweeter than normal sugar. It also has no calories which is great for people who are trying to lose weight. This herb is also beneficial for candida suffers and diabetics. You can buy it in a powder form and can last a long time as you only use a very small amount.
Here is a recipe that I usually follow to make my sugar free lemonade.
Sugar Free Lemonade Recipe.
1 - 2 organic lemons.
Stevia
Chilled Filtered Water
Ice Cubes
Jug
Wooden Spoon
Method:
Firstly squeeze lemon juice into jug, you can use a juicer or squeeze it by hand, then you can start to add 1/4 teaspoon of stevia to the jug, you may want to add more depending on the sweetness that you prefer. Then add filtered water to the jug, followed by ice cubes. Remember to give it a stir with a wooden spoon and enjoy.
